Sai Ram Foods is a mithai (sweets & bakery) shop established in 1996, offering authentic sweets, bakery items, home foods, and traditional specialties.

2. Products & Availability

All products are freshly prepared with high-quality ingredients.
Product availability may vary based on season, demand, and stock.

3. Orders & Payments

Orders can be placed in-store or through approved communication channels (if applicable).
Full payment must be made at the time of purchase/order confirmation.
Prices are subject to change without prior notice.

4. No Return / No Refund Policy

Due to the perishable nature of sweets, bakery, and food items, returns or refunds are not accepted once the product is sold.
Customers are requested to check products at the time of purchase.

5. Quality & Hygiene

We maintain a high level of hygiene, a well-equipped kitchen, and experienced masters.
Despite strict quality control, customers with allergies should inform staff before purchasing.

6. Storage & Consumption

Sweets and food items should be stored as advised and consumed within the recommended time.
Sai Ram Foods is not responsible for quality issues arising from improper storage after purchase.

7. Custom & Bulk Orders

Advance notice is required for bulk orders, pelli kavillu, and special items.
Cancellation of custom or bulk orders is not permitted once preparation has started.

8. Limitation of Liability

Sai Ram Foods shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the consumption or misuse of products.

9. Intellectual Property

The brand name, logo, tagline “అమ్మ చేతి కమ్మదనం”, images, and content belong to Sai Ram Foods and may not be used without permission.

10. Changes to Terms

Sai Ram Foods reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.

11. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India.
Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of local courts in Andhra Pradesh.
