📦 1. Returns
- We accept returns only if the product is:
- Damaged
- Defective
- Incorrect item received
- Return requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.
- Products must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging.
⚠️ No returns will be accepted for:
- Used or opened products
- Perishable goods (food items, sweets, bakery items, etc.)
- Products damaged due to customer mishandling
📝 2. How to Request a Return
To initiate a return:
- Contact us within 48 hours of receiving the order
- Share:
- Order number
- Clear images/videos of the product
- Reason for return
Our team will review and approve the request.
💰 3. Refunds
- Once the return is approved, the refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during purchase.
- Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable, unless the issue is from our side.

- Once the order is shipped, cancellation is not allowed.
